Connect Africa

Logo and identity package developed for travel scholarship program for African student scientists.  Intersecting arrows represent both the physical movement of persons traveling from one place to another as well as the exchange of ideas.  The program primarily supports scientist studying HIV/AIDS, therefore the color red was chosen as an accent, as it is the color of the iconic AIDS ribbon.

In addition to a logo, a poster and handout were designed using the colors of the logo and a dynamic outline of the African continent with the words “Connect”, “Africa” and arrows making up the shape of the continent.  These materials will be used to promote the program at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
