A Point From Which to Progress

A Point From Which to Progress

Our good friend over at Hiberian Homme has posted an end of the year reading list which puts me to shame. But in spite of my shame- or perhaps because of it- I’ve decided to share my list of books read in 2010. if nothing else, it will motivate me to do better next year.

  • Chronicles, Part 1 – Bob Dylan
  • Just Kids – Patti Smith
  • The Tipping Point – Malcolm Gladwell
  • Mars and Venus Go On a Date – John Gray (in process)
  • When We Were Orphans – Kazuo Ishiguro (in process)

So there we have it: three non-fiction books, two of which are music-themed, one truly embarrassing self-help book and a novel… We can only progress from here.

I don’t know who should be more shameful? You for the books or me for the apparent lack of a social life.
