Frequently Asked Questions
Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. Then, within 24 hours you will receive an email confirming administrative access to your new template as well as a link to the Launch Portal. (This is a manual process which is why it takes some time. We say 24 hours but you may recieve access in much less time.)
After you accept administrative access, site ownership will be transferred over to you.
Currently that option is not available. Templates can only be installed on new paid Squarespace plans. However, if this is a feature you are interested in, please reach out to let us know and we will put you on our waitlist for this feature.
Your template comes with 6 months free trial where you can build your site before it is published.
Absolutely! The video tutorials contain instructions on how to add more pages to your site. You will also be provided with a library of sections, making it easy to build a new page that is cohesive with the rest of the site.
Yes, cusomization is available. If you are stuck, please reach out to me for a price for the customization service. Please note that all content must be provided before work can begin.
No, I cannot. However, since most sections are saved in the Section Library, you can likely reconstruct the page using the site demo for reference.
Yes, you will need to purchase a Squarespace plan in order for your site to go live.
No, this template is only for use on one site. If you would like to use it again, it would need to be purchased again.
Because this is a digital product, after ownership of the site has been transferred, refunds are no longer possible.
