Strings for all Occasions (SFAO) is a professional string ensemble specializing in instrumental versions of modern songs by artists like Radiohead, the Pixies, Billie Elish and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
They were looking for a modern logo which would set them apart from other, more classic, string ensembles.
This logo uses strong typography, customized with horizontal lines to allude to the strings of instruments. The acronym SFAO not only proves a shortened version of the full business name, but gives it the weight of an institution like a museum or symphony.
"I couldn't be happier with my logo. I love how crisp and modern it is.
